Important Christmas arrival dates: To ensure your Christmas items arrive on time, please place your framed orders before December 10th for metropolitan areas, or Nov 20th if you're in a rural location. Frameless orders are typically dispatched in 3 business days and usually reach metropolitan destinations within a week so you are safe to place orders up until the 16th Dec for standard post and 19th for express. Please note that framed orders have a longer processing time due to production.
It is recommended you select Express Postage option to guarantee Christmas Delivery, as we can not control or are at fault of Aus Post delays/issues.
Shipping is FREE over $99 (exclusiding a0 framed orders). All orders are printed and framed as we receive them to ensure quality, please allow 48hrs handling time before we can dispatch your order. (Framed orders require extra handling time)

AO Framed Orders
Due to the special large sizing of A0 frames, we are unable to ship these framed orders to WA/NT & Northern Queensland. Only Metro areas are available for delivery of frames this size. A0 Framed orders do not qualify for free postage due to the large size and weight.

All custom design work is non refundable once received. The 30-day happiness guarantee does not apply. However, no custom work gets printed or sent until the customer is happy with the mock ups.
