Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Website Mockups
Please note that while our product mockups on the website are almost identical to the final product you receive, it may not be 100% accurate. They are intended for the purpose of showcasing the artwork.
Happiness Guarantee
If you aren't happy with your prints you are eligible for a refund. Satisfaction guarantee applies only to unframed print orders. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage and the state of the returned order. Prints must be returned without damage, and in the same manor they were received (in safe mailing tube or flat pack)
Due to the logistical costs of crafting and posting framed orders, we are unable to apply the Happiness Guarantee.
Custom Commissions
All custom design work is non refundable once received or once design work has commenced. The 30-day happiness guarantee does not apply. However, no custom work gets printed or sent until the customer is happy with the mock ups.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
